Add in the egg and soya milk and blend well with the butter&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;3. Add in flour and knead into a dough&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;4. Chill dough for 30mins&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;5. Then put into mould (i used muffin pan)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;How to make fillings...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;1. In a small pan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in milk. Remove from heat and let rest until warm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;2. Preheat oven to 160 C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;2. Melt the chocolate. Set aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;3. Place butter and sugar in a blown and beat for 8 - 10 mins or until light and creamy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;4. Add the egg and vanilla and beat for another 3 - 4 mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;5. Stir through the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and melted chocolate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;6. Add the extra chopped chocolate and stir to combine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;7. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into rounds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;8. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper, allowing room for cookie to spread, and flatten slightly.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00cccc;"&gt;9. Bake for 10 - 12 mins or until slightly cracks have formed. Place sesame seeds on a frying pan and toast in medium heat until lightly browned. Add in all ingredients and mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;3. Drop a 1/2 tablespoon of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;4. Leave about 2 inches between cookies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;5. Sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top of each cookie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;6. Bake in preheated 175C oven for about 5 mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#ff99ff;"&gt;7. I think these low fat brownies looks good... but it taste a bit weird though... kinda bitter. May be I put too much cocoa. The original recipe require applesauce or prune puree... but I replace them with some fat free - no sugar added strawberry yogurt and a medium size golden kiwi fruit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;Will still bring my low fat brownies to office... and see what my colleagues says... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;font-size:130%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#00cccc;"&gt;my own conclusion is that... Unfortunately there wasn't any rotten bananas in my kitchen! Well, went to do some banana shopping and since then had been waiting for these banana to rot themselves up!&lt;strong&gt; &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;:D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Finally!! After about 2 weeks!! It's time for me to kill these poor bananas!! I bake this banana cake last Saturday morning. It is super super moist! In fact might be a bit too moist... BUT it's still incredibly yummmmmmyyyyyyy!! and it's not too sweet! Me and my friend finished the cake in a day! Beat butter, white &amp;amp; brown sugar until light and creamy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:130%;color:#9999ff;"&gt;3. Add the eggs one by one and beat well (add 1 egg then beat, then add another egg and beat again).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:130%;color:#9999ff;"&gt;4. Add the flour and baking powder, then also add cinnamon, sour cream and bananas stir to mix well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:130%;color:#9999ff;"&gt;5. Pour the mixture into a greased 22cm cake tin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:130%;color:#9999ff;"&gt;6.
